Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Optional toppings: cheese, salsa, guacamole, sour cream

Homemade Fajita Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Blackstone to medium-high and oil the surface.
  • Cook peppers and onions until softened and charred. Season lightly.
  • Brown ground beef, drain, and season with remaining fajita seasoning.
  • Toast rice on the griddle with oil until warmed and slightly crispy.
  • Mix beef and veggies, then build bowls over rice with toppings.
