- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 bell peppers sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Optional toppings: cheese, salsa, guacamole, sour cream
Homemade Fajita Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne optional
Preheat Blackstone to medium-high and oil the surface.
Cook peppers and onions until softened and charred. Season lightly.
Brown ground beef, drain, and season with remaining fajita seasoning.
Toast rice on the griddle with oil until warmed and slightly crispy.
