Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Stir in the chopped onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, mustard powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Reduce heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and combined.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar-free ketchup and mayonnaise. Spread this mixture over the beef.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Pour this mixture evenly over the beef.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Top with diced pickles and shredded lettuce, if using.
Notes
Serve as-is or with a side of lettuce leaves for a deconstructed burger experience.
