Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, check for sugar-free)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles (optional, for garnish)
- Shredded lettuce (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven & Prep Baking Dish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. - Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary. - Add Seasoning
Stir in the chopped onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, mustard powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. - Incorporate Cream Cheese
Reduce heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and combined. - Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar-free ketchup and mayonnaise. Spread this mixture over the beef. - Prepare the Custard
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Pour this mixture evenly over the beef. - Top with Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. - Bake
