Keto Cheeseburger Casserole

This Keto Cheeseburger Casserole is such a comfort food, despite being low carb! I’m kind of obsessed with it, and luckily my family all loves it too.

The casserole is packed with protein and cheesy goodness, and is an easy, family-friendly meal that’s perfect for meal prep.

An egg and heavy cream custard replaces carb-loaded noodles or crescent rolls, and you won’t even miss the added carbs.

When you’re craving a cheeseburger but want it to be keto-friendly, whip up this easy dinner idea and I promise- you’ll be satisfied!
