Chicken
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon optional
Salad
- 2 heads romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Caesar dressing keto-friendly
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese shaved or grated
- 6-8 strips bacon
- Parmesan crisps optional
Preheat Blackstone to medium (~350°F).
Cook bacon 3–5 minutes per side until crisp. Drain, reserve grease.
Toss chicken with oil, seasonings, and lemon juice.
Cook chicken in reserved bacon grease 3–4 minutes per side until golden and 165°F. Rest and slice.
Toss romaine with Caesar dressing. Add chicken, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan.
Serve topped with extra Parmesan, lemon juice, and optional keto-friendly crunch.
