This recipe keeps it low-carb but still has that awesome Caesar flavor (my absolute fave!), perfect for summer nights, meal prep, or for an easy camping meal.

Step-by-Step: Keto Chicken Caesar Salad with Bacon


Preheat the Blackstone
Heat griddle to medium (~350°F). Lightly oil the surface if desired- we usually put the bacon right on the grill without any oil.
Cook the bacon
Lay bacon strips on one side of the griddle. Cook 3–5 minutes per side until crisp. Move to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Reserve the bacon grease for flavor.
Season the chicken
While bacon cooks, toss chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Cook the chicken
On the greased side of the griddle (with a bit of bacon fat), cook chicken strips 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F. Remove from heat and let rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing.
Assemble the salad
