Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°. In a small microwave-safe bowl or ramekin, melt the butter. Stir in the eggs, almond flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth. Pour into an ungreased 8x8 pan and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until just set. Let cool slightly, then slice into four squares to create 4 pieces of "bread."
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener.
Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture until fully coated. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt a little butter. Cook each slice for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
Top with butter, keto syrup, or your favorite low-carb toppings.
