The Best Layered Bean Dip {With Ground Beef}
This layered bean dip is perfect for a casual dinner, an appetizer, or a snack. With taco-seasoned ground beef and layers of beans and cheesy goodness, this is always a hit.

refried beans
1 (15 oz)
can
black beans
rinsed and drained

ground beef

taco seasoning
for the ground beef

water

sour cream
1 (8 oz)
block
cream cheese
softened

cup
salsa

cups
shredded cheese
cheddar, Mexican blend, or your favorite
Optional toppings:
Avocado or guacamole
Chopped green onions, sliced olives, jalapeños, fresh cilantro
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet until brown. Drain excess grease.
Add the taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.
While the ground beef simmers, spread refried beans evenly across the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Add a layer of black beans over the refried beans.
Next, spread the cooked taco-seasoned ground beef.
In a bowl, mis the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth, then spread over the beef layer.
Spoon salsa evenly over the top.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Notes
Top with avocado, guacamole, or your favorite garnishes, and serve warm with tortilla chips.
