Juicy Bacon Cheeseburgers Recipe
Ingredients

For the Patties:
- 80/20 hamburger meat– the more fat the better, for extra juiciness!
- Cold butter– cut into very small pieces
- Garlic paste or garlic cloves- if using cloves, mince them well
- Worcestershire sauce– for that wonderful umami flavor
- Onion powder, salt, and pepper
- Bacon crumbles- cook up some bacon and cut it into small pieces, or go easy on yourself and buy bacon crumbles
- Egg– a great binder that helps hold the ingredients together
For The Toppings:
- Sharp cheddar cheese (we used white cheddar), sliced
- Toasted hamburger buns
- Lettuce
- Sliced tomatoes
- Ketchup, mustard, or your favorite condiments
Instructions

1. Prepare the Patties: In a large bowl, combine the hamburger meat, cold butter pieces, garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, pepper, salt, bacon crumbles, and the egg. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
2. Shape the Patties: Form the mixture into balls (approximately 1/2 cup each). Flatten each ball into a patty, ensuring the butter pieces remain mixed into the meat.
3. Cook the Patties: Preheat your Blackstone griddle or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
4. Melt the Cheese: In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of sharp cheddar cheese on each patty. Cover briefly to help the cheese melt.
5. Toast the Buns: While the patties are cooking, lightly butter and toast the hamburger buns on the griddle or grill until golden brown.
6. Assemble the Burgers: Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Add lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and your favorite condiments. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
